Absolutely horrible, horrible . My father passed away and left us with 76k to 100k of stuff to be auctioned. All the time we spent getting ready for the Auction. Didn't call us back avoided us finely called 2 months later and says there's no money its been stolen our auction was on June 24 2017. He's having am auction this weekend with our boat back in it how does this happen. We haven't been paid but he's selling our boat. Great how can he get away with this stuff. It's unbelievable Google Paul up in courts, lawsuits he has a longer rap sheet than most life long criminals

I sold 2 boats and a camper at Paul's spring auction April 2015 and was never paid, I contacted him and he said that he would get back to me, I never heard from him again. I took him to court and he never showed up, (Mille Lacs County. court file #48-CO-15-140) and was court ordered Paul's Auction Service to pay and I have yet to be paid.
WE HAVE NEVER BEEN PAID. People stay away from this man he's a crook this needs to go to the local news channel 5 investigations. He's done this to tons of people and gets away with it. Absolutely don't let him sell your property/land you'll have nothing

My nephew booked Paul's Auction for an Estate Sale after his Dad passed away. The Auction was in October 2015 and the sale brought in over $20,000.00 and Paul has not paid my nephew one cent. This is a rotten thing, losing your Dad, and then dealing with some one who runs a business like that.
