The pasties that I ordered were made from scratch and very delicious; granted I haven't had a lot of opportunities to eat pasties but I must say they were delicious.
I do recommend swinging by and getting a bite to eat here if you find yourself driving thru Ogilvie as I give it a must return rating.
I am only docking a star for the cramped dining area but if you go there when it's not prime eating time, you should be comfortable.
I stopped here while driving thru Ogilvie and almost passes it by but saw their sign that said they have pasties and couldn't help but to swing in and I'm glad I did.
As an added bonus, the time flew by before the food came as there were so many interesting things to look at for sale; I couldn't help but to buy a couple items, which included a crochet teddy bear and a crochet puzzle. The craftsmanship is amazing.
Sometimes, when visiting small community restaurants, you can feel out of place by the curious regulars but I didn't have that experience here and it was great.
Great quaint place for a bite to eat.
The owners run the restaurant and are wonderful people that are warm and welcoming which makes it easy to sit and chat with them and they are more than obliging to converse with you.

They are a very small restaurant that offers dine in orders and to go food; they also are a gift shop with numerous hand-crafted gifts made by not only Karen herself but by several residents in the community.
